Pastor Matt is a 2nd career pastor, with a stop in the business world before entering full-time ministry approximately 20 years ago. Prior to serving at Shepherd of the Valley, Pastor Matt pastored in Redlands, the Eastern Sierra, and Ventura/Oxnard.
Pastor Matt enjoys finding creative ways to support and enable the church to better reach out and share the Gospel. Although beyond his playing years, he continues to enjoy sports and rooting on his favorite teams.

Jerry comes to us from St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Minneapolis, MN. He brings a wealth of experience in church music.
Debbi Edwards
Office and Facility Admin
Debbi is the newest addition to the staff at Shepherd of the Valley, after moving to the Coachella Valley from Washington.
Deborah Greenman
Treasurer
Deborah is a member of SOTV and has served as the Treasurer for many years. She is the other staff members' favorite person (particularly on paydays).
